SOLUTION TO THE BRAIN FINISHER!!!

There's a bus with 7 girls, Each girl has 7 bags, In each bags, there are 7 big cats, each big cats has 7 little cats and each cat has 4 legs. How many legs are present In The bus ??? 

This is one of the questions i asked recently on my facebook page. I had many different answers. some said 231, some 48, some 70 some even say 14 legs. I don't know how on earth someone could solve this question and say the number of legs in the the bus is14!!!

well, let's take a critical look at the question and analytically and numerically solve this puzzle.

There is a bus with 7 girls, each girl has 7 bags. this means that the total number of bags in the bus is 7*7 = 49 BAGS

Also, in each bag, there are 7 big cats. since there are 49 bags, we have that 7*49 = 343 BIG CATS.

In addition, each big cat has 7 little cats means that 343*7 =2401 big and small cats in the bags.

We were told that each cat (big or small) has 4 legs. this implies that 2401*4 =9604 CAT LEGS.

But mind you,

The question says: how many legs are present in the bus? NOT How many CAT LEGS!!!

And we were told that the bus has only 7 members (girls) . this could possibly mean that one on the girls is the driver.

and each girl has two legs! (you don't need to be told this!). then we have 7*2 =14 HUMAN LEGS.

Hence, the summation of all legs in the bus is:

9604 + 14 = 9618 LEGS

Don't disturb you brain because YOUR BRAIN FEELS IT WHEN YOU WORRY ABOUT MATHEMATICS.
