She said he is a Boko Haraam because of his beard

The Civil service commission chairman of the Ogun State civil service commission, Mrs. Ronke Folarin abused a Sunnee brother today during a promotional program at the Ogun State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun-State.
 Part of her comments to the brother:

1. She said he is a Boko Haraam because of his beard.

2. She said he should go back, shave his beard and come back to meet her if he desires to be promoted.
what do you have to say to this?
