1. It has been announced in Saudi that the moon for Eid will
be sought on Tues night which means we fasted for 28 days if it is
spotted.
2. This can happen & it does not necessitate
opposition to any hadeeth as the Messenger said: “Fast when you see it
& stop when you see it..
3. So if the moon is sighted, we cannot fast on the day of Eid. This happened in the time of Ali (radhi Allaahu anhu) & they made up a day.
